This book is unlike anything else out there; it's a compilation of practical experiences and techniques acquired throughout a lifetime at sea. It's an easy read, even for those with little experience.
I feel privileged to have been able to acquire this precious stone, polished by the hands of James.
Today I feel much more capable of steering my ship across the seven seas.
I am grateful to James and everyone who contributed to the production of this book, which I will carry with me throughout the world
Even after a round the world trip in 2023 I find this book enlightening, reinforcing lessons learned and hopefully avoiding future mistakes. Lively and fun to read.
