Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products (printed and digital books, fulfilled by hand), all sales are considered final. We generally do not accept returns or issue refunds.

However, if your physical book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at captain@bethecaptain.com Include photos of the damage or defect, and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.

Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, and downloadable materials) are non-refundable due to their immediate availability.
