Processing Times All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Expectations

  • Domestic (USA): Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

  • International: Shipping times vary by location and typically take 10-25 business days after processing. To keep international shipping affordable, we utilize cross-border consolidation services (such as Asendia). The international leg of the journey is handled by our shipping partner, and your parcel is then handed over to your country's national postal network for final delivery.

    • Tracking Pauses: It is completely normal for tracking updates to pause for several days while the package crosses borders, clears customs, and is handed over to your local carrier.

    • Delivery & Collection: While most parcels are delivered directly to your door or mailbox, some local postal services may require you to collect the package from a local post office—especially if import duties are owed, or if you reside in a region where final-mile door delivery is limited.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Tracking Your Order You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress and to check if your local post office requires you to collect the item in person.

Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and import duties. These charges are out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees before ordering.
