We accept credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency through trusted third-party processors. Orders aren’t processed until payment is confirmed.

Note on crypto: All crypto payments are final and non-refundable. We’re not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses or price changes during checkout.

Digital products are delivered via download or email and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide (where possible). Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. You’re responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees charged by your country.

5. Returns & Refunds

Digital products: Non-refundable once delivered.
Physical products: Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days if the product is damaged or defective. Email us at captain@bethecaptain.com to start a return.

Everything on this site—books, logos, downloads, images, videos—is owned by Zingaro Charters LLC and protected by copyright. Please don’t copy, resell, or reuse any content without our written permission.
