Steve Miller I have not completed the book yet, as a novice to sailing, this book has been great. It’s detailed, succinct, and easy to read. The into was powerful! Being a Captain is about leadership and this into I believe applies to your whole life not just to sailing.
I’m learning so much, Well done!
