Great book! Useful and down to earth, not only for sailing but other leadership issues in life. I will keep it onboard for sure.
I feel it is one of the best books around today as it has a nice balance of a variety of practical advise across many related topics specific to blue water cruising. Get it, read it, I found useful even 5 years into my sailing adventures.
I started sailing at 11 years old, then somewhere around 25 I let life get in the way.
Now at 58, watching your YouTube channel and reading your book has reignited my passion for sailing.
Just bought a small sailboat to got on the water in Tampa Bay. Looking forward to leveling up to a cruiser to buzz around the Florida Keys and on to the Caribbean.
